Las Gildas is a branding project for a textile craft store focused on handmade goods and traditional techniques. The visual identity reflects the warmth and authenticity of the brand through organic shapes, earthy colors, and a handcrafted feel.

For this project, I designed the key screens for Laurel Gaming, a mobile app of casual games. I focused on intuitive navigation and a clean aesthetic, making sure every interaction felt smooth and engaging.

Color palette

The color palette reflects the brand’s artisanal and warm identity. Ocean Blue adds depth, Lime brings freshness, Coral adds warmth and energy, and Light Yellow softens the overall tone. Together, they create a balanced and inviting visual language rooted in craft and creativity.

Naming

The name Las Gildas is a tribute to the client’s galician mother, who taught her how to sew and sparked her passion for textiles. “Gilda” is a nod to her Galician roots, adding a subtle yet meaningful cultural reference that ties the brand to its origins in a warm and authentic way.

Label design

The labels are designed to be hand-sewn on the outside of each piece, reinforcing the brand’s artisanal spirit. The cross-stitch typography and visible stitching celebrate the value of handmade work and connect the visual identity to traditional craft.
